I personally work a lot with Flash 3D APIs. Recently I’ve been working with Away3D and I used to work with Papervision3D. This new engine is called Coppercube. Unfortunately it’s not free, but I was impressed by it’s features and demos were great.  It’s still a beta, but it’s looking good already. The best part is that if you are not a programmer you can create your own scenes without a single like of code. It’s got it’s own editor to import and edit 3D objects.
